What Causes Swelling In Feet And Calves After Child Birth?

I had a baby on the 16 the I have swollen feet and calves. Today the 22 nd I noticed a slight pain like a bruise feeling in my inner thigh. I have a visible vein there it seems to be the area of tenderness. It s not red or warm to the touch. Is it inflammation or clot?
