What Causes Swelling In Forehead And Upper Nose?

Hi my name Wife is 28 years old. We are currently in Mexico. She is experiencing swelling to the forehead and it is moving down to her nose just in the corner of her eyes. She has been in the sun. I am just looking at what would cause this and what we can do to fix the problem. She is in the sun quite a bit and has never experienced this problem.
