What Causes Swelling In Hands And Feet When Suffering From Hematuria?

I am 41 female with an ongoing history of hematuria. I am status post hysterectomy 7 years ago. When I have the hematuria I have flank pain. With the last two episodes I have had swelling in my hands and feet. Now with this episode I noticed blood clots in the toilet and my urine was pink. I m scared that I have bladder ca. My last episode I had a negative cr scan.
