What Causes Swelling In Hands And Feet With Light Headedness?

My husband has recently been experiencing fatigue,light-headednes, and now some swelling in his hands and feet. He saw the doctor last week and he didn t find anything. However the swelling is new since then. Almost forgot, his pulse rate seems to be higher than normal. He s 69, in good health, good blood pressure, but feeling yucky. Any ideas we can explore.
