What Causes Swelling In Left Side Of Body And Headache?

the whole left side of my body is swollen i havent ate anything new in the past few weeks and i havent used any new soaps or lotions and also havent been outside i have a terrible headache and absolutely horrible abdominal pain... i have no idea what is wrong with me..
