What Causes Swelling In Legs Despite Taking Waterills And Tamsulosin?

I have had a Stroke of the Spine, I was Catherized for about 5 weeks in hospital. My legs are swollen and they never used to swell. I am on waterills and Tamulosin for this proble, and alsp where diapers which I hate,I want to wear my own lingerie, but cannot, because of the water day and night. Is this ever going to get better for me. Thank you.
