What Causes Swelling In Legs While On Minipress?

I was recently given Minipress XL 2.5 at Night instead of Telemisartan 40 as my potassium levels got elevated. Now after 15 days i find I have swelling in both my legs with pain. Please suggest an alternative drug. I am treated for Hypertensive,DM, BA WITH IHD. My OTHER DRUGS FOR BP are Natrlix 1.5 SR( iNDAPAMIDE) 1-0-0 Concor 5mg 1-0-0 clinidipine 10mg 0-0-1 I am a 78 year old female with all parameters well controlled. My BP without MinipressXL2.5 IS 160/68 AND PULSE IS 68~70.
