What Causes Swelling In Lymph Node Of Neck Along With Extreme Fatigue?

It started with a cold or allergy but my right neck lymph node is swollen and I have extreme fatigue. Today I passed out in the shower and had no strength . Called in sick at work today and slept the whole day until about 3:00. Still feel totally exhausted
