What Causes Swelling In Lymph Nodes Along With Soreness In Mouth?

My lymph nodes are swollen where when touched they are tender and I can feel the little balls, my mouth is raw and tongue very sensitive to spicy foods, sore feeling, lips dry; I've had a virus for 22 days, cough is almost gone, now this? What could this be?
