What Causes Swelling In Lymph Nodes Behind The Ear And Headache During Pregnancy?

Hello - I am pregnant and my body has been different than i have ever known it. This is my first pregnancy. I am 25 years old. I noticed 2 swollen lymph nodes behind my right ear about 2 days ago. I feel like the right side of my collar bone is also a bit swollen but that might be because i sleep weird due to pregnancy. I have a headache and my ear is sore a bit too.
