What Causes Swelling In Outer Labia After Undergoing Laparoscopy?

hi, i had a laparoscopy two days ago to remove a cyst and treat endometriosis. My outer labia on the right side is now a bit swollen, and looks like it is a big blood blister. Is this something i should worry about, or should it go away? i have been applying ice packs, but it doesn't seem to be doing anything.
