What Causes Swelling In Right Temporal Artery?

I had some crystal method for the first time. My right temporal artery is relatively swollen and tingly but no jaw pain or other pain elsewhere. I ve been looking up temporal arteritis but I dont have any other symptoms other than a large artery that is tingly and feels like pressure more than ache I guess. The pulse is strong in both temples. I don t think I ll be doing this again but just afraid something is imminent. I have Behcets disease but don t have any cardio issues or vasculitis otherwise. Its relatively stable. I m 32 yr old white male 5 11 144 lbs. A doc a long time ago said it might be arteritis but not to worry because of the collateral supply in the head. Sorry for long question just worried.
