What Causes Swelling In Testicles Post Kidney Transplantation?

just recently 3/9/15 had a kidney tansplant and a foley catheter was inserted during surgery and removed 1 week later.told dr I had swelling down there but they said there would be some swelling but it would go away,they haven t seen it.it looks like I have 2 abnormal swollen testicles.its been 3 weeks and there is no decrease in size and it is very uncomfortable.this does not seem normal.
