What Causes Swelling In The Clitoris?

Swollen, tender and sensitive clitoris and labia on antibiotics and im half way through them, had the swollen ness before and used canestan duo on it usually its away by 2-3days but its not going this time no unusual discharge or smell just the feeling and swollenness is like rugburn what could this be?
