What Causes Swelling In The Face Followed By Sore Throat?

For the last 8 months my Bowles have changed almost completely over to loose daily. The past month and a half I have been having occasional night sweats, almost daily body itching..mainly hands and legs. I woke up one morning with facial swelling...no reason, I have become very fatigued. My seborrhic dermatitis on my face and scalp have worsened. The morning my face was swollen I also noticed my throat felt swollen/tight like someone had their hand around it, it was tender and that has continued. I get burning sensations under my arms almost daily for the past 3 weeks. Sore throat that comes and goes for no reason
