What Causes Swelling In The Left Supraclavicular Area?

I have swelling in the left supraclavicular area,a red face,looks like sunburn most of the time,hair on face,arthritis,diabetes,high clorlestrol,depression and a big upper body/stomach and problems sleeping.also when I have my period the swelling is worst and I feel really tired
