What Causes Swelling In The Lower Part Of The Neck?

Hello Sir..i am THANT ZIN AUNG..of 32 yrs age...recently i have discovered a small elevated portion in the sidewise lower portion of my throat...i dont smoke or drink at all..i used to drink a lot of cold drinks earlier but recently my ASO count hav gone higher..last cheskup reveals 350 so i m very low now days on cold drinks and ice creams..and i m adding this fact if it helps u dat i have a disorder in my nose bone structure since my birth...is it anything fatal ???? do reply Sir
