What Causes Swelling In The Mid Of Penile Shaft?

I took a hard kick to my shaft while training martial arts earlier today. There was an immediate sharp pain, then it subsided. It doesn t hurt when I urinate, and there s only slight discomfort at the moment, but about midway down my shaft it s swollen a bit. Any ideas what this could be?
