What Causes Swelling In The Nose When Exposed To Heat?

I had multiple rhinoplasties(5 in number), the 2nd last - 6 yrs ago (involved a cartilage graft at tip of my nose and bone filing to give a better shape) and the last - 2 yrs ago. Since my 2nd last rhinoplasty, I have been experiencing swelling in my nose when exposed to heat, eating hot or spicy food etc. I want to understand the probable reasons for the same. Can it be lymphedema or my nose is rejecting the cartilage graft?
