What Causes Swelling In The Outer Ear With Bleeding?

My outer ear swells and look bruised. They swell so much that they pop. The blood looks like lumpy thick tissue. It looks like a thick bloody worm. My ear drips blood for up to 30 minutes after it pops. They itch and my hearing has become impaired. They have been like this for almost a year. My doctors have treated me for lice. Nothing has worked.
