What Causes Swelling In The Penis After Masturbation?

I masturbated ruff for couple hours 2 nights ago and my penis was swollen after, Its gone down a little but is still a little swollen, and its around the tip and base im circumsized, the skin don't stretch like normal. and it don't get as long when erect while its been swollen. it also get really big around at the base and hurts when touched when erect. I was very happy with the look before and size. will it go back to normal?
