What Causes Swelling In The Vagina And Burning During Urination?

Hello, about a week ago I had a high fever nausea then a few days after tat my vagina was very swollen and my pee burms my flesh so bad that I scream badly and cry my doc phoned me in an antibiotic but I still cant pee I have held it for 24 hhours now please help me shoul i go to the E.R.
