What Causes Swelling In The Vagina?

Girlfriend is having issues with her privates. it has tightened up so much now that we cant physically have sex anymore. cant even get finger in. White * SPotty* discharge came out this morning. and looks different.
Almost looks like inside of vagina is swolen.
