What Causes Swelling In Thighs While On Wheelchair?

I m wheelchair bound I have swelling with a bruise like appearance in the upper posterior right thigh and to this area also an intense pain I have MS, diabetes, past right posterior MI. Is this development something I shou l d worry about, or is it from sedimentary l I feel?
