What Causes Swelling In Upper Chest?

my upper left chest is swollen, (size of the palm of my hand) I went to the Dr. got mammogram and ultrasound on my breast and chest and the tissues are normal. It was sore for a day or 2, but not sore anymore. It s still swollen, but a little harder than it use to be.
