What Causes Swelling In Whole Body During Menstrual Cycle?

hello sir,i m swati.i am 23 year old.my waight is 48.and my height is 5.3.sir i hve a prblm that i m suffering from swellind during my period time.......mostly whole body.......but firstly i want to know u that i am also suffering from tuberclosis n taking medicine last from seven month n m on treatment......so please suggest me what the real reason of my swelling problem n ihave some sourthroat...........n my voice is going to dull day by day thanks.................
