What Causes Swelling Of Back After Having Intercourse?

Hi, I am a 34 yr old woman.Last night, I was having sex. After i finished, I noticed that my back had swollen (on the left side, below where my bra would sit) I would like to know if there is a way to treat it before i make an appointment, and who do I need to make the appointment with?
