What Causes Swelling Of Cheek,pain In Jaws And Blocked Ear?

Yes, the left side of my cheek seems to be a bit bigger than my right side. My jaw hurts when I open my mouth, and sometimes when I talk my left ear will seem blocked. I am wondering why my cheek is swollen looking. But its not as noticeable? also the jaw joint on the left side seems to stick out more than the right side when I open my mouth.
