What Causes Swelling Of Feet And Legs Along With Red Spot On The Feet?

Every day my feet and legs are very swollen by the end of the day. Some days the swelling doesn t go down. They are swollen so tightly that my skin actually feels like it is tearing. Today I noticed that I have a quarter size red spot on the top of both of my feet. I have had my kidneys checked and they are fine. What is causing this? Thanks
