What Causes Swelling Of Glands Below Ears And Chin?

Right now, I have two swollen glands under my right ear, one on my face above the chin bone and one just below the chin bone. I have a temp of 92-94. I have mild chills. I have had a couple of bouts with headache/migraine and core body aches over the past week and a half. I had a bout of vertigo/nausea a week and a half ago that lasted about 4 hours. Should I be concerned enough to see my doctor? How soon? MB
