What Causes Swelling Of Hands?

My hands are swelling noticeably at night. They are not painful...just swollen. I don t seem to have any symptoms of RA or carpal tunnel syndrome. Concerned why this is happening regularly for the last few months. I take no medications and at 5 7 weigh 108 pounds.
