What Causes Swelling Of Labia Majora?

My labia majora has swollen up and it feels really sensitive. Even underwear hurts and i can't walk normally. My period is done, it's just really minor spotting. This is happening for the second time. The last time it went away by itself. I'm hoping it will this time as well but it's getting unbearable, how do i make this go away?
