What Causes Swelling Of Lymph Nodes And Red Blotches Near Pelvis?

Iv had a swollen lymph node near my pelvic area that is now going away but about two days ago iv developed little red bloches on my stomach and my pelvic area. They don't itch or anything. I wouldnt even know they were there if I didn't see them. Are the two related?
