What Causes Swelling Of Lymph Nodes In Neck And Back Of Throat?

Hi, I m a 20 year old female with a history of meth use. I recently got clean and have noticed that the lymph nodes in my neck are consistantly very swollen and the swelling will not subside. This has continued for 3 months at least. I have also noticed swelling in the back of my throat, almost like a lump. I went to my doctor and she ran a bunch of bloodwork which all came back clean and normal. Could there be something going on the blood tests wouldn t see? Is there anything in particular that could cause this swelling without showing up on a blood test? I ve tried to get my doctor to look into it more but she said if there was anything wrong the blood tests would have showed it. Thanks so much for your help!
