What Causes Swelling Of Lymph Nodes Under Neck, Chin And Ears?

Im a 19 year old female with no prior medical issues aside from knee pain. in the past couple of weeks i noticed that my lymph nodes under my neck and chin and behind my ear a little swollen. they arent really painful but i do feel like my throat is a little sore and i am having a little ear pain every once in a while. i smoked for about a year and a half but quit the second i noticed these symptoms. what can it be?
