What Causes Swelling Of Pilonidal Cyst Scar?

I had a pilonidol cyst removed in 2009 and over the last few days my scar has become swollen. Extremely swollen. Is it another cyst or something else? Also i have had burning while urinating and light clear liquid leaking out throughout the day. Ive done some research and i believe its prostatitis or iflammation of the epiditimis. It burns sometimes when i ejaculate. I had a vasectomy in 2011 could this be connected?
