What Causes Swelling Of Throat,soreness And Breathlessness?

I have had a sore throat for over five months. This past summer I would cough up blood, however my doctor said my throat looked fine. Two months ago I developed two ulcerations on the back left of my throat that continue to grow larger and the section of throat is swelling. I am short of breath and constantly exhausted, I am dropping weight and have zero appetite. I also keep getting headaches and my left ear makes popping sounds. Could this be throat cancer?
