What Causes Swelling Of Vagina After Intercourse?

I just had sex with my husband this A.M. and my labia is EXTREMELY swollen, like so swollen it is hard to the touch. This has never happened before!! I am 31, have been married for 10 years, we have 2 children. I take asacol and dicyclomine for my distal UC, but other than that a healthy female.
