What Causes Swelling On Left Side Of Groin?

swelling on left hand side of groin,but not in creae between leg and vagina,more to the tummy a bit<cant feel a lump<but did finish cervical cancer treatment external/interal radio and chemo nearly a year ago it was also in my lymp nodes but i did not have any remove,last wk nurse sadi lymph nodes feel normal down there,but swelling keep coming up and down still over last wk,....im scared again now
