What Causes Swelling On Lymph Nodes All Over The Body With Knots At The Base Of The Skull?

I am a white female about 160 lbs. And just turned 28 years old.
.over a period of the last 4 years my lymph nodes allthrough out my body have enlarger in size. Especially so; along my neck.easily,they have doubled in size. On the left side found to be about and inch and the newer growth located just under the first is now about a .25 of an In. Approximatly.
More concerning thought;I have small knotts all along my scalp, mostly in the lower region along the back of My neck.My head is almost completelynumb in some areas,and this is getting worse over time. The last 2 Yr.s especially.
I often expierience these ,"indifferent" types of headache. In compareison-- I would explain them as a constant,shape- tingle.{ something similar to the feeling associated with walking into a dark room-and looking directly into the lite fixture,as flipping the swith. This feeling is somewhat difficult to explain,really.
It soul at in that type intensity, though the pain is constant.
My throat had a small black hole about the size of a dime appear and eventually, fester away about 4 months ago. This was treated with antibotics. It is not doing the same thing once again. My gums are lined with a stringy- white film.
