What Causes Swelling On Nose And Lips?

I have been having the worst sinus attack since yesterday. My lips are kind of swollen around the outline of my lips and its very painful my nose looks swollen and red as well. I am 17 weeks pregnant would it be safe to use the Flomist nasal spray I was prescribed to use before I was pregnant. Thank you
