What Causes Swelling On Right Side Of Head, Eye And Nose?

My husband has all his right head and eye and face is swollen. On his head some sow keen areas that has a pink colour, the saliva gland is big which is on the right side of his face. His eye is itchy and hurts him a lot. He took antibiotic amoxcycilin but still he is in pain, he had ct scan and blood test but we still waiting for the result
