What Causes Swelling On The Left Side Of Tongue?

I have been having swelling on the left side of my tongue i have been hospitalized fot three times they say i have allergies i have been tested for allergies but cant find anything i got an attack the last time in my sleep .i also have been getting a squeezing feeling in my chest that last for hours it takes me days to get over the tired feeling after an attack
