What Causes Swelling On The Right Hip?

Hi, my name is William. I believe I have a sciatic nerve pain. I m not for sure, but people either say it s that or rls. But 2 in 3 say sciatic nerve, I have been to the doctor 3 times in 8 years, and they say they find nothing. Even worse, my body is shaped ( }. [Looking from the back, at my hip, my left is normal. And the right side is swollen. I I also stand at a slight tilt leftward.] I don t know what it is, but the swelling is about the size of a softball when I grab it.
