What Causes Swelling Under The Nipple?

Hi good evening .i am 27 years old and facing swelling under the nipple .In normal case there is no pain but if something touch over the nipple it gives more pain and if i touch with finger it shrinks for 1 0r 2 minutes and again it comes to normal size .can you please suggest what type of disease i have and how to rectify it.
