What Causes Swelling,redness And Pain In Penis After Having Sex?

Hi, I had sex and after 5 days my penis started hurting while urinating. The tip opening seems to be more open (maybe swollen), only the tip is red. My throat hurts as well. Please tell me if I need to go see a physician or if you can tell me what is is.. thank you
