What Causes Swollen G-spot While Having Bartholin's Cyst?

hi there im 30 years old and noticed for sometime now that sex is very painfull and ive not been able to self lubricate, this has been the case since the birth ov my second son 11 months ago. i noticed a lump on the iside ov my vagina last nite, and also noticed that my gspot is very swollen tender and spongy. i had a screening today and they advised a had a bartholin cyst could this be the case as it doesnt mension anything about the gspot been swollen when ive read about it. thankyou
