What Causes Swollen Abdomen While On Medication For Biliary Cirrhosis?

I have been diagnosed with primary billiary cirrhosis and have been taking Ursodiol for two years. I know have swelling in the top part of my abdomen, feel dehydrated and thirsty all the time. The swelling started like in a matter of two weeks. What could be causing this?
