What Causes Swollen And Itchy Ears?

I arrived in Florida from Canada a week ago. Day 2 I went to the pool and layed in the sun with some weak location. I did not burn. I then went to play tennis and my ears felt like they were burning. The next morning I woke up with a rash on my legs. It has since spread to my arms hands, back of neck and just above my paint line on my back. I have been taking Benadryl. My ears are swollen and hot and itchy. Will this go away on its own? Am I going to survive?
