What Causes Swollen And Painful Nose While Wearing Eyeglasses?

when wearing my eyeglasses my nose gets incredilbly swollen and it extremely painful. these are not new glasses...several years. this has been going on for 6 weeks. went to an ENT who was not very good and he could not figure it out. gave me predisone, but that did not help. any suggestions
